De Jong Brothers give it their seal of approval!
De Jong Brothers from Hardinxveld-Giessendam now operates three Mecalac 12MTX GreenJob machines.
Later this year, our fleet will expand with the new generation: the Mecalac 12MRX GreenJob. But before the new machine is delivered, we naturally wanted to know how it performs in the field. So we took our demo machine out into the field, along with operator Robin van Someren from Gebr. De Jong.

Real-world experience tells the real story
Machines get better because professionals work with them every day. Robin has been operating a 12MTX Speeder for years and knows exactly what matters during long workdays along ditches and waterways.
After an extensive hands-on test, his conclusion was clear: “You can feel the comfort right away. But it’s the new adjustment options, in particular, that really make a difference.”
Together with technical specialist Sjoerd van Arendonk, the new adjustment options of the Mecalac 12MRX GreenJob are discussed.
Working Smarter
The new 12MRX GreenJob offers many additional adjustment options. Robin particularly highlights the ability to precisely adjust the oil flow of the 120-liter function to suit the conditions.
"When there's less grass, I can run the eco-mower at a lower oil flow and lower engine speed. The mowing results stay the same, but I use less fuel."
The new Mecalac 12MRX GreenJob efficiently mows a waterway with the Herder eco-mower.
Moving Forward Together
The new machine will be delivered later this year. Until then, Robin will continue to enjoy driving his trusty 12MTX Speeder. And to be honest, we think that might just be the best part of this partnership. New technology is important, but long-term trust is ultimately what matters most.
