Ahlmann AS1000
at SOMA College

The operator training school recently put an Ahlmann AS1000 skid-steer loader into service. This versatile machine is equipped with a wide range of attachments, including a 3-in-1 grader, a sweeping brush, a debris bucket, a closed bucket, and pallet forks.
This will enable the hands-on instructors to prepare students even better for the day-to-day work in the infrastructure sector.  

Ahlmann 3-in-1 Leveler

This grader can grade in both forward and reverse directions and is fully operated from the cab. It combines scooping, pushing, and pulling in a single machine for efficient subbase finishing, including adding or removing sand.

Sweeper

The rotating brushes clear leaves, stones, sand, and dirt from plazas, roads, driveways, and similar areas in no time at all, and will be used by the students to keep the grounds clean. The brush can rotate both forward and backward, allowing debris to be swept directly into the bin or, using the swivel function, swept onto the shoulder.  

Rubble bin

It features round tines that keep the material securely in place. In addition, the Ahlmann mulch bucket is equipped with a main blade and a chopping blade to clear a path in both directions of travel.  

Pallet Forks

For moving materials. Thanks to the Ahlmann AS1000’s four-wheel steering and 180-degree swiveling boom, pallets can be easily placed even in the tightest spaces.
