Frequently asked questions
An Ahlmann or Mecalac machine comes with a standard factory warranty, extendable through the Ahlmann Service Deal:
- Standard manufacturer’s warranty: 1 year or 1,200 hours (whichever comes first), with full coverage.
- Extended warranty via Service Deal: 1 year full warranty + 1 additional year warranty on main components.
- All warranty terms and coverage levels are described in the Ahlmann Service Deal brochure.
For routine maintenance on your Ahlmann or Mecalac machine, maintenance kits are available from stock at competitive prices. Please contact our warehouse for more information.
Would you prefer a mechanic? We can perform both minor and major maintenance for you, combined with a BMWT inspection of your motorcycle if desired. Please contact our service department for more information.
Prefer to have everything taken care of? Ahlmann Nederland also offers a transparent and predictable maintenance plan through the Ahlmann Service Deal:
- Maintenance interval: 500 hours (alternating minor and major service); hydraulic oil: 1,500 hours.
- Major servicing: performed by our own mechanic at your location – with no call-out charges.
- Minor maintenance: The complete filter kit will be sent to you in advance for you to install yourself. Installation by our technician is also available (call-out fees apply).
- 10% discount on all maintenance products during the term of the Service Deal.
- Insight and transparency: through the My Mecalac Portal, you have real-time insight into location data and machine data, including maintenance scheduling.
- After the 2,500-hour service, the Service Deal can be renewed annually, ensuring that your machine continues to receive the proper maintenance.

Ahlmann Nederland B.V. recognizes that work must continue, and to that end, we offer a comprehensive service program:
- Phone support: Available Mon–Fri 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. for technical questions and parts orders.
- 24/7 emergency service: Even outside of business hours and on weekends, an on-call emergency service is available for field technicians in case of emergencies.
- On-site service: Nine field service technicians travel throughout the Netherlands and Belgium in fully equipped service vans, equipped with a hose press, measuring and diagnostic equipment, and a complete inventory of mission-critical parts for all common Ahlmann and Mecalac machines.
- Locations: workshops in Ammerzoden and Nieuwleusen with a large warehouse; if transportation is needed, we have two of our own flatbed trucks.
- Replacement machine: If the machine cannot be repaired on-site in a timely manner, an equivalent replacement machine is available—at a reasonable rental rate—to minimize downtime.
