Frequently asked questions
An Ahlmann or Mecalac machine comes with a standard factory warranty, extendable through the Ahlmann Service Deal:
- Standard manufacturer’s warranty: 1 year or 1,200 hours (whichever comes first), with full coverage.
- Extended warranty via Service Deal: 1 year full warranty + 1 additional year warranty on main components.
- All warranty terms and coverage levels are described in the Ahlmann Service Deal brochure.
Ahlmann Netherlands offers a transparent and predictable maintenance plan through the Ahlmann Service Deal:
- Maintenance interval: 500 hours (alternating minor and major service); hydraulic oil: 1,500 hours.
- Major servicing: performed by our own mechanic at your location – with no call-out charges.
- Minor services: the complete filter package will be sent to you in advance for self-execution. Execution by our mechanic is also possible (call-out charges then apply).
- 10% discount on all maintenance products during the term of the Service Deal.
- Insight and transparency: through the My Mecalac Portal, you have real-time insight into location data and machine data, including maintenance scheduling.
- After the 2,500-hour service, the Service Deal is renewable annually, ensuring continuous coverage.
