At Ahlmann Netherlands we believe that good maintenance starts with well-trained mechanics. That is why we continuously invest in the development of our technical team.
Op onze eigen trainingslocatie, gunstig gelegen langs de snelweg Noord–Zuid, organiseren we regelmatig machinespecifieke cursussen. Tijdens deze trainingen verdiepen onze monteurs zich in de techniek en werking van de machines waarmee ze dagelijks werken.
The training courses are provided by Hans Veldhuizen of Have Trainings. He thoroughly studies the machines in advance and puts together a tailor-made course based on that study. This way the content fits exactly with the practice.
Each course lasts two days and consists of a small group of no more than four participants. This allows plenty of room for personal attention and questions.
Our mechanics attend training several times a year. That way they always stay up to date with the latest techniques, developments and safety regulations - and can serve our customers even better.
