The AS 900 tele is based on the Ahlmann AS 1000 swing loader, equipped with a telescopic boom that can extend one meter. Equipped with rigid chassis and 4-wheel steering makes this an agile and compact machine while maintaining stability. The unique shape of the boom makes it possible to work at ground level over the full swing range with bucket and pallet forks. As with every Ahlmann swing loader, the AS 900 tele is also equipped with automatic axle stabilization. The swing boom allows for a very short turning radius compared to a rigid telescopic handler. A load can easily be put away with pallet forks over 4.5 meters. Because the windshield extends into the skylight, visibility remains excellent when working at height.
